How to look after your Summer Reign pieces:

- Cold gentle machine wash only

- Do not bleach

- Do not tumble dry

- Line dry in shade only

- Iron on warm setting

- Reshape while damp

- Do not soak

- Wash with like colours only

*Please note: Do not use any laundry detergents that contain optical brighteners or oxygen bleach as this can cause fading especially on printed designs. Only use colour safe detergents. Unfortunately garments that fade due to the use of these detergents may not be eligible for a return.

Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days.

During new releases or sales - shipping times may increase. 

Standard postage for Australian orders is a flat rate of $9.95. Estimated 2-9 business days.

Express Post is available for $16.95 per order.  Estimated 1-5 business days.

Priority shipping is $19.95. This is great during launches or Sales especially if you need your order asap. This means your order is prioritised and packed first as well as sent by express post. 

International Shipping is available for New Zealand, Canada, UK and Ireland. Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.

International Shipping Policy

Please be aware that all products are sold on a delivery duty unpaid basis. This means the recipient may need to pay import duty or a customs entry fee before or upon receiving the order. Additional taxes, fees, or levies may be applicable based on location legislation, so it's essential for customers to check these details before placing international orders. Keep in mind that various countries have specific import restrictions on certain products or materials, and it's the customer's responsibility to verify local customs regulations before ordering items for shipping outside of Australia.

We don't currently offer return shipping labels for international customers, but it's something we're actively working on.

Unfortunately due to the recently introduced changes to the import tariff requirements in the US, Australia Post has temporarily suspended postal services to the United States. 

Note: Once your parcel is passed to our courier, you will receive the tracking details to monitor its progress.

As Summer Reign begins to wind down over the coming months, our returns policy has changed to reflect our final period of trading.

CHANGE-OF-MIND EXCHANGES

We are no longer offering store credit or refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

Eligible full-price purchases may be exchanged for another item currently available on our website within 30 days of your order being fulfilled.

To request an exchange, please email info@summerreignthelabel.com.au to arrange within 30 days of your order being fulfilled.

Exchange conditions:

• Items must be unworn and unwashed, with all original tags attached.

• Items must be free from stains, marks, makeup, perfume, body odour, pet hair or any other signs of wear.

• Items must be returned in original condition and suitable for resale.

• Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

• We cannot guarantee that your preferred size, colour or style will still be available at the time your return is processed.

• The replacement item must be of equal or greater value. If the replacement item is more expensive, the price difference must be paid before the exchange is processed.

• If the replacement item is of lower value, we are unable to provide a refund or store credit for the difference.

• We do not offer store credit for change-of-mind returns.

Please choose carefully when purchasing, as our collections are no longer being restocked and once an item or size is gone, it is gone for good.

SALE & CLEARANCE ITEMS

As we begin our final stock clearance, all sale, discounted and clearance items are FINAL SALE for change of mind.

This means sale and discounted items cannot be returned for an exchange, refund or store credit due to change of mind.

This includes:

• Items purchased during a sale or promotional period

• Items purchased using a discount code

• Sitewide promotional offers

• Clearance items

• Items specifically marked as SALE

Please choose carefully when purchasing sale or clearance items.

As Summer Reign is closing and there will be no restocks, once a sale item or size is gone, it will be gone forever.

FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you believe your item is faulty, damaged or you have received an incorrect item, please contact us at info@summerreignthelabel.com.au as soon as possible.

Please include your order number and clear photographs of the issue so we can assess it.

We will assess the issue and, where applicable, provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

Our final-sale and change-of-mind exchange policies do not exclude or limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Please note that loose or excess threads are not necessarily considered faults, as minor loose threads can occur naturally during the manufacturing process. However, if you believe a manufacturing issue has affected the quality, functionality or durability of your garment, please contact us so we can assess it.

Items damaged as a result of incorrect care or use including hot washes, tumble drying, sun damage, chemical staining or failure to follow the care instructions may not be eligible for a remedy.

Please always follow the care instructions provided on the garment and on our website.

RETURN POSTAGE

For eligible change-of-mind exchanges, return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

Summer Reign The Label is not responsible for parcels lost or damaged while being returned to us. We recommend using a tracked postage service and retaining your tracking information until your exchange has been completed.

FINAL CLEARANCE PERIOD

As we move closer to closing the Summer Reign website, our returns and exchange period may become more restricted.

The final date for change-of-mind exchanges will be clearly communicated before the final clearance period begins.

Once the final date has passed, all purchases will be FINAL SALE for change of mind.
